Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll keep full access to all features until then
  • Your payment method will not be charged again
  • All your created characters and chat history will be saved

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

Once you subscribe, you'll have access for the entire billing period you paid for, even if you cancel immediately. This is consistent with industry standards for AI services.

Exceptions (Full Refund)

We offer full refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges

EU/UK/Turkey Residents

You may request a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have used:

  • Less than 50 conversations, AND
  • Created fewer than 3 characters
